A Final Look Back at Photo One

Classes are almost over, so this is a final look back at photographs from the Darkroom Photography One class.  These are images, I selected from some of the work done by the students this semester.  These photographs are from a wide variety of projects done over the course of the semester.  There are images from assignments focusing on portraiture, abstract and landscape.  The names of the photographer proceeds their work.

The Search for Meaning

The Search for Meaning is a project were the students pick a group of twenty words and then create images to convey some the words from the list.  The photographs below are some of the ones the class picked out during our critique.  The word from the list is below each image.  See if you agree that the photograph represents the word from our list.  As always the students name precedes their photograph.

Photo 1 / Art Walk

These images are a selection of the photographs displayed during the recent school wide art exhibit called Art Walk.  The images are ones that the Photography One, Darkroom students chose to show for the exhibit.   The photographs come from various projects during the Spring term.  There are portrait, landscape and abstract project images represented.  The names of each photographer proceeds their two photographs.
